Informational Meetings
Prospective Families
If you are considering Caprock Academy for the educational needs of your family, our Informational Meetings for Prospective Families is an excellent time for you to learn more about our school. Meetings are usually hosted by our Head of School and last about an hour. In these meetings our Head of School will share information about Caprock Academy, answer any questions you may have, and provide tours, if interested, with the help of other staff members.
All meetings will be held at Caprock Academy at 6:00 PM in Art Room 105 on the following dates:

- February 24, 2025
- March 10, 2025
- April 7, 2025
- May 12, 2025
There is no need to RSVP.
If you are unable to attend one of our informational meetings, you are welcome to schedule a school tour for another time. Please see our Schedule a Tour page for additional information.
New Family Orientation
Welcome to Caprock Academy! Our New Family Orientation meetings are designed to help you transition smoothly into our school community. Hosted by our Head of School or a member of our administrative team, these hour-long sessions provide essential information about what to expect as a new Caprock Academy family. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive detailed information about our programs.
All meetings will be held at Caprock Academy at 6:00 PM in room 271 on the following dates:
