FACTS Family Portal
The FACTS Family Portal is a private and secure parents’ portal that allows parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You may view your child’s grades, attendance, homework and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary. All you need is an Internet-capable computer or smartphone.

FACTS Family Portal App
FACTS offers our families the opportunity to login to their Family Portal account via computer or an app on your smartphone. To download the FACTS Family Portal app, please visit your app store via iTunes or Google Play and search for "FACTS Family". Please note that FACTS charges $4.99/year to use this app.

Required Yearly Student Updates
Yearly student updates are completed electronically through Family Portal/FACTS School Management Software. All families will need to obtain access and complete all Family Demographic Forms by August 1, 2022. Please use the instruction sheet below for assistance.
FACTS Parent Alert System
Parent Alert is a mass communication notification system that can instantly send messages via:
- Text Message
- Phone calls to work, home and/or cell phone
- Emails to multiple addresses
Parent Alert supplements Caprock Academy’s existing means of communication, especially in the case of an emergency or unplanned event that causes early dismissal, school cancellation or late start.
It is critical that all parents/caregivers verify their contact information and setup their Parent Alert contact preferences within the FACTS Family Portal. Please refer to the document below to ensure that your account is correctly configured to receive these notifications.
