FACTS Parent Alert
Parent Alert is a mass communication notification system that can instantly send messages via:
- Text Message
- Phone calls to work, home and cell
- Emails to multiple addresses
Parent Alert supplements Caprock Academy’s existing means of communication, especially in the case of an emergency or unplanned event that causes early dismissal, school cancellation or late start.
It is critical that all parents/caregivers verify their contact information and setup their Parent Alert contact preferences within the FACTS Family Portal to ensure delivery of any notifications sent via Parent Alert.
