Yearly student updates are completed electronically through the Facts Family Portal. All families will need to obtain access and complete all Family Demographic Forms by August 1, 2023.
*Please note that if you are a returning Caprock Academy family, you MUST change
the date on all of your webforms to the current date, or they will not process completely.
In addition to the yearly student updates, the documents below will be sent out to our families electronically via email the week of July 17, 2023. Please review the following documents thoroughly.
FACTS Family Portal
The FACTS Family Portal is a private and secure parents’ portal that allows parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You may view your child’s grades, attendance, homework, and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary. All you need is an Internet-capable computer or smartphone.

Yearly student updates are completed electronically through Family Portal/FACTS School Management Software. All families will need to obtain access and complete all Family Demographic Forms no later than August 1, 2023. Please use the instruction sheet below for assistance.
