Each Monday during the school year, Caprock Academy families will receive the weekly Communique by email. It includes important updates, upcoming events, key dates, reminders, fundraising opportunities, and other school-related information to help you stay connected and informed.

New This School Year: How We Share the Communique

New for the 2025–2026 school year, the Communique will appear directly in the body of the email rather than being sent as an attachment. This is called an “embedded format,” which means you’ll be able to scroll through and read the Communique immediately without needing to open a separate document.

If you are not receiving the communique on a weekly basis, please contact the front office to verify that the email address we have on file for you is correct.  Staying informed is an important part of supporting your student’s success, and we encourage all families to review the Communique each week.
