Infinite Campus Parent & Student Portal

Campus Parent and Campus Student are Infinite Campus web portals and mobile apps that allow parents and students to access important school information in real time.

Through Infinite Campus, families can review grades, attendance, schedules, assignments, school notices, documents, fees, and more. These tools help keep communication connected between parents, students, teachers, and the school.

What Families Can Access

  • Announcements: Quickly view school and district announcements as they are posted.

  • Grades: Access student grades as they are posted.
  • Assignments: Browse assignments by class or due date.
  • Schedule: Review student schedules from anywhere, at any time.
  • Attendance: View attendance events in summary and detail form.
  • Documents: Explore files such as report cards, transcripts, forms, and program participation information.
  • Fees: View outstanding and paid fees.
  • Message Center: View announcements posted at the school or district level.
  • Notifications: View notifications, including graded assignments and other important updates.
  • More: Access additional information such as address information, assessments, behavior, demographics, family information, health, lockers, transportation, activities, and more.

Please Note: Information displayed may vary based on district settings and student information available in Infinite Campus.

High School Schedule Changes

Students in grades 9–12 who wish to request a schedule change should contact the Academic Counselor or SIS Manager.

Schedule Change Request Forms are available in the Front Office or may be downloaded below. A completed request form must be submitted before any schedule change will be considered.

Students are expected to continue following their current class schedule until they have been notified that their schedule change request has been approved and processed.

Campus Payments

We are pleased to offer families multiple payment options at Caprock Academy. Payments may be made in person by cash, check, or credit card, or conveniently online through Campus Parent. Whether paying for one student or your entire household, Campus Parent provides a secure and easy way to manage school-related fees anytime, anywhere.

Please note that a 4% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card transactions, including online payments.
