Celebrate Your Student-Athlete’s College Signing

Caprock Academy is proud to celebrate the achievements of our student-athletes who have committed to continuing their athletic careers at the collegiate level. Families of senior athletes who have officially signed to compete in college sports are invited to request a Signing Ceremony in recognition of this exciting milestone.

Please complete the form below to request a ceremony. Once submitted, a member of our Athletic Department will follow up with you to confirm details and scheduling.

Important Notes:

• This form is for current Caprock Academy seniors who have officially signed with a college or university athletic program.

• Ceremonies are held on campus during school hours, and we welcome family members, coaches, teammates, and friends to attend.

• Please allow at least two weeks' notice to help us plan and promote the event accordingly.
