This form is designed to assist club sponsors, coaches, and activity leaders who are in the early stages of planning a fundraiser and need support with idea development, brainstorming, strategy, and execution.

If you already have a fundraiser planned or underway, please do not submit this form — instead, contact the Events Coordinator directly for promotion and logistics support.
