Please complete the form below to refer a family to Caprock Academy for the 2026–2027 school year. Once the referred family submits an Intent to Enroll Form (listing your name as the referrer), you’ll receive a Caprock Academy insulated mug, t-shirt, and other school-spirit freebies!

Each confirmed enrollment by October 1, 2026 will also earn you entries into our Grand Prize Drawing for a weekend getaway for two to Glenwood Springs or dinner for two at CMU Devils Kitchen inside Hotel Maverick.
