Required Parent/Guardian Paperwork

Ensuring we have current information for each of our students is a priority at the beginning of every school year or upon enrollment. To maintain accurate records and uphold our school policies, we ask that parents/guardians complete these forms within 10 days of your student's enrollment. View and Update Parent Forms.

Family Handbook & Student Dress Code

The Caprock Academy Board of Directors, Faculty, and Administration warmly welcome you to Caprock Academy. This handbook has been created to provide you with essential information about our mission, philosophy, policies, and practices.

We encourage you to read it thoroughly and refer to it whenever you have questions. We hope it reinforces your decision to be part of Caprock Academy. This handbook serves both as an overview of our values and a resource for the most referenced policies.

School Policies

These policies are essential in promoting a well-structured and successful academic year for all students and their families.

Transportation Information

Caprock Academy does not provide transportation to and from school. As a public school of choice, it is the responsibility of parents/guardians to arrange transportation for their child each day. However, we offer a carpool program to assist families by connecting those in the same area. While we cannot guarantee a match, we will do our best to help. Click here for more information.

FACTS Family Portal

The FACTS Family Portal is a private and secure parents’ portal that allows parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You may view your child’s grades, attendance, homework, and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary. All you need is an Internet-capable computer or smartphone.
