Grievance Policy & Grievance Complaint Form

Caprock Academy is committed to fostering a respectful, responsive, and transparent school environment for students, families, staff, and community members. If you have a formal grievance, we encourage you to review our grievance policy and follow the established procedures to ensure your concerns are appropriately addressed.

To begin the formal grievance process:

  1. Download the Grievance Complaint Form using the link below.

  2. Carefully review the instructions outlined in the Caprock Academy Grievance Policy.

  3. Complete all required sections of the form and ensure that your documentation is accurate and complete.

  4. Submit your completed form to your direct supervisor, Human Resources, and/or the Head of School, as outlined in the policy. Submissions that do not follow the proper chain of communication may be delayed or returned for clarification.
