High School Graduation

Graduation at Caprock Academy is a celebration of academic achievement, personal growth, and strong character. It marks the culmination of years of hard work, perseverance, and dedication—guided by the values of truth, beauty, and goodness that define a Caprock education.

Our graduation ceremony honors not only academic accomplishments but also the formation of well-rounded young adults who are prepared to lead lives of purpose, integrity, and service. Students are recognized for their commitment to excellence in academics, the arts, athletics, and citizenship.

Each year, our senior class gathers with family, friends, faculty, and staff to celebrate this important milestone. Together, we reflect on the journey, celebrate achievements, and look ahead to the future with confidence.

Caprock Academy is proud to graduate students who are not only college- and career-ready, but also grounded in wisdom, guided by virtue, and prepared to make meaningful contributions to their communities.

Senior Portrait & Yearbook Submissions

As our seniors prepare to graduate, we look forward to celebrating their accomplishments and memories in this year’s Caprock Academy Yearbook. Each senior will receive a dedicated half-page layout that includes their senior portrait, baby photo, and a personal tribute from their family. Please review the following deadlines and requirements carefully to ensure your student’s section is complete.

Submission Deadline - February 5, 2026
All senior photos, baby photos, and parent tributes must be submitted by this date to ensure inclusion in the yearbook.

Senior Portraits

  • Format: sRGB .JPG file exported at 3500 pixels on the long edge and 300 dpi.

  • Submit via email to d.blount@caprockacademy.org (preferred).

  • Mailing option:
    Caprock Academy

    714 24 ½ Road, Grand Junction, CO 81505

  • Photographer must include a Permission to Print release.

  • The same portrait will appear in the senior photo collage displayed in the main building.

  • Family-taken photos are welcome if they meet resolution standards

Baby Photos

  • Must be provided in digital format.

  • If you need help converting a physical photo, please contact the yearbook adviser for assistance.

Parent Tributes

  • Submit a maximum of 250 words via email to d.blount@caprockacademy.org.

  • Tributes will appear alongside the senior portrait and baby photo in the yearbook.
