CMU Tech

Caprock Academy offers eligible students the opportunity to participate in Concurrent Enrollment through CMU Tech. This program allows students to begin earning college credit while still completing their high school education.

Concurrent Enrollment is available only to students who are entering their senior year, have earned enough credits to remain on track for graduation, and are currently in good academic standing.

Courses are held at the CMU Tech campus, located at 2508 Blichmann Ave. Families should note that students must provide their own transportation to and from campus. Most classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 1:05 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

This opportunity is designed for students who are prepared to take on the responsibility of college-level coursework while continuing to meet Caprock Academy’s graduation requirements.

Step 1: See Mrs. Van Schaick or Mr. Butcher for approval.

Step 2: Complete the Tech Scholar Interest Form for initial acceptance. Caprock Academy is offering only CMU Tech’s 3^rd block classes (listed below). For more information about the courses, visit https://www.coloradomesa.edu/tech/programs/index.html.
