The School Day
The school day begins at 7:45 am and ends at 3:00 pm. The school week for students runs Monday through Thursday. When there is a Monday holiday, the school week becomes Tuesday through Friday. There is also an Extended Hours program.
The School Year
The school year for 2010-2011 begins Monday, July 26, 2010. The last day of classes will be Thursday, May 26, 2011. View the complete 2010-2011 calendar.
Kindergarten
Full-time kindergarten follows the school day hours: 7:45 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Half-time kindergarten is divided into A.M. and P.M. The A.M. class meets Monday – Thursday from 7:45 am to 11:00 am. The P.M. class meets Monday – Thursday from 11:45am to 3:00pm.
Uniform and Dress Code
While there is not a single uniform, there is a required dress code that results in a more uniform appearance of the attire worn to school. Please read the appropriate dress code:
